Terms of Service
Innovative Office Support LLC offers services at an hourly rate, per project rate and retainer rates.
Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments, with a three (3) hour minimum.
Hourly rates are invoiced weekly on Monday morning with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices must be reconciled in order for work to continue. At this time invoices are sent via PayPal and are payable via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments through PayPal.
Per project rates are a flat fee. Half of the project fee is due upon signing of the contract. The final payment is due when project is completed.
Parameters of the project will be included in the specified project’s contract.*
Retainer Rates:
Monthly retainers ensure ongoing support at a discounted rate. Retainer fees are required in full in advance of services, on the first of each month. Unused hours in any given month will not carry over to the next month. Innovative Office Support LLC encourages clients who decide to purchase retainer hours to discuss with us the best way to use the hours.
Cancellation of retainer requires 30 day notice.
Any hours over the retained hours will be charged at the hourly rate.
Additional Fees:
Although Innovative Office Support is equipped with necessary technology and resources to complete a project, some projects may require specific software which may be cause for additional fees. This fee will be discussed before the signing of the project contract.
Rush Jobs:
Business hours don’t always hold up against your own busy and demanding schedule. Clients needing emergency assistance at odd hours or in need of an unusually quick turnaround for a particular project can depend on Innovative Office Support LLC to get the job done! Projects that require work outside of our normal business hours or on weekends or holidays are subject to an additional fee.
Referrals:
We truly appreciate the generous word-of-mouth references of our satisfied clients to their colleagues or acquaintances. Clients whose referrals result in a secured contract with a new client will receive a 10% discount off their next invoice!
*Clients are required to sign a work agreement outlining the scope of work to be performed before the commencement of any project.
